To make sure your pickup goes smoothly, here is exactly where to find your driver. We use specific, easy-to-locate meeting points at both Bucharest airports, and our drivers will be holding a sign with your name on it.

The meeting point at Henri Coandă Intl. Airport (OTP) is located on the first floor, near the City Grill restaurant and the FIVE TO GO coffee shop.

Tip: Passengers exiting on the ground floor (baggage belts 4, 5, 6) need to take the stairs or the elevator one level up.

Please note: Due to current renovation works inside the airport, the meeting points may be temporarily harder to spot.

Aurel Vlaicu Intl. Airport

The meeting point at Aurel Vlaicu Băneasa Intl. Airport (BBU) is located inside the terminal, right at the end of the exit corridor. This airport has a single terminal that handles both arrivals and departures, so it is straightforward to navigate.

Tip: Băneasa is a small airport, so you'll spot your driver within seconds of stepping out from the baggage claim area.

Hotels & addresses

Other pickup locations

For pickups from hotels, private addresses, or any other location, we always do our best to stop and wait directly in front of the specified address.

If parking right at the location is not possible (busy streets, restricted areas, etc.), we will park nearby and contact you with the exact new pickup spot along with any details needed to find us easily.

You will receive the driver and vehicle details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Please be ready at the scheduled time and identify the vehicle by its license plate number.

Tip: Make sure your phone has roaming or a local SIM active so we can reach you on arrival.
