What is the airport transfer service?
The airport transfer service provides customers a convenient and safe solution to get to the airport or to their desired destination after arriving at the airport. This service provides transportation between the airport and the hotel or any other location specified by the client.
How does a transfer work?
After confirming your transfer, a driver will be waiting for you at the pick-up location approximately 15 minutes before the scheduled time. You will be notified when the driver arrives at the location. You will be picked up and then you will be on the way to your destination. The driver will check all available routes and choose the optimal one to reach your destination in time.
How do I book a transfer?
It is simple and easy to book our services. Start by entering crucial details like the pickup location, destination, number of passengers, and the preferred pickup date and time in the booking form at the top of the homepage. Afterward, choose the vehicle that suits your needs. In the next step, customize your preferences, add any extra options, input flight details if applicable, and provide essential contact and billing information. If your pickup date is more than two days away, you'll be directed to the payment page in the final step. Otherwise, simply complete the reservation, and you'll receive confirmation shortly.
When do I have to pay?
If the pick-up date is less than 2 days from the booking date, the booking confirmation is done manually and the payment will be made after confirmation. If the pick-up date is more than two days away, the confirmation is done automatically after the payment is made.
Can I cancel an confirmed transfer?
You are offered the flexibility to cancel confirmed and paid transfers without a cancellation fee when you cancel at least 2 hours before the pick-up time. Please contact us if you change your plans so that we can help you cancel in a simple and easy way.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
No need to worry if your flight is delayed. Your transfer will be made at the time your plane lands, with no extra charge. We can monitor you throughout your flight to make sure we are waiting for you when you land.
